AUSEK LIMITED 2018 New Year Party

On Jan 6th 2018, AUSEK LIMITED , more than 100 people from Production line , QC team,International sales team , took off at 8:00am and started their 2018 first team building tour–AUSEK LIMITED 2018 New Year Party–Shenzhen Hills landscape tourism park.

　　Hills landscape tourism park covers an area of 300000 square meters, is located in Longhua District, set gourmet, housing, spa, amusement, performing arts, development, water park as one, natural, rich real fun. Is a Lingnan Hakka waterfront style, ecological pastoral taste, folk culture, Chinese painting industry featuring the national AAAA-class tourist attractions.

　　Firstly, it is 2017 summary meeting from Production deparment , R&D deparment, QC team, internation sales.The following is the sum up.

　　Production department

　　*They completed about 360.000pcs finished mass production in passed 2017, such as best seller 4k action camera AT-30R,1080P wifi model #L206 ,L207,L208, and HD camera AT-01H, J102,AT-03H ETC.

　　*In 2017, they extend to 1 half-production line, 1 finished-product line and 1 packing line.Also, QC team is managed well such as IQC IPQC OQC FQC.

　　*In 2017, Quality control lab is equipped with 10 quality tester including Plug Life Tester, Touch Panel Tester, Wire Banding Tester, Corrosion Tester Swing Vibration Tester,Temperature Tester,Electromagnetic Vibration Tester, Frequency Measurement-er.

　　*In 2017, Factory have a great improve in factory management and quality control and they got the ISO9001 :2015 version in Dec,2017.

　　*In 2017,only below 0.1% defect rate in all bulk order.

　　*In,Jan,2018,They will do SA8000 factory audit and extend business with more customer ,such as Disney,Wal-mart,etc

　　*In 2018, QC department will extend to 15 people .

　　*In 2018,daily production quantity will increase to 4000-5000pcs , yearly production max 800.000pcs

　　International department

　　*In 2017, they launch 10 models new action camera and dashcam,such as All winer 4k slim body,Hisilicon 4k, Ambarella A12 real 4k,360 degree cam for smartphone,2.35inch 4k camera, dual touch screen action sport camera, cheapest hd camera with wifi. For dashcam, Real 1080p car dvr mirror, 3.0 inch rearview mirror with back up camera etc.

　　*In 2017, the oversales is 30.000.000USD.This is a big harvest.We’re appreciated for old and new clients’ continuous support.

　　In 2017,Our sales team visited USA, French, Poland, Czech ,Thailand, etc market to get to know more about local market , thereby provide better product and service for our clients.

　　*2017, our reply time is cut down to 1 hours for client’s question.

　　*In 2017,We attend CES in Las Vegas in Jan,2017, Global Source Consumer Electronics Fair in April& October.

　　*In 2018,Our target oversales is 60.000.000USD in action camera,dashcam, new production line will add in our catelogues, continue to focus on OEM ODM. Also, AUSEK brand will be one of our target market.
