30000PCS Action Camera For Toyota

AUSEK Limited is the China unique sport action camera manufacturer,our mission is to provide the best service to our customers.

In June,2017,we got an order of 30K pcs action cameras from Toyota ,but the lead time is very urgent ,only two weeks.

It’s really a big challenge for us,if you are familiar with the action camera production procedures,you will know it’s impossible to finish the order on time.Because for preparing the material at least 15 days .

But we didn’t reject this case ,we believe it’s a good chance for us to show our customer service .

We had a urgent meeting with the material suppliers and our production department to work out a best production schedule for this order.

Before starting the mass production, we need to confirm the golden sample with customer.

In order to save the time,our salesmen carried two pcs samples to Japan instead of sending by DHL.

After confirming the samples ,we put the order into mass production.4 production lines ,over 80 workers,included one QC team,3 engineers, worked day and night. No weekend ,only work.

We not only want to meet the lead time ,but our products must meet our quality standard .

Finally ,we made it !!! We finished the whole order in 12 days, this is the new production record for AUSEK .Just like a old saying goes, where there is a will there is a way.

The customer was so happy and appreciate.He said AUSEK is the only one who has the courage to accept this order and delivery it on time .

According to the his feedback,almost zero defective till now.
